Typical work of colonial architecture. It is a blend of Spanish style with high tropical climate adaptation, with native materials and techniques. Spacious harmonious and flowing lines, large doors and windows, and roof to slope of red tiles typify it.

 Its rustic floor is made of a kind of rustic cobblestones, the colonial furniture and its rooms revolve around a typical courtyard
